2. Despress would expect the client to give all details regarding the product for which the design is being prepared, the details of the company and the person who will be coordinating the project with Despress officials.

3. In case of the client giving any monogram or photograph to be used by Despress in preparing the artwork, the client should give an undertaking that the said monogram or photograph are all properties of the client. In case of any dispute arising out of the same at any time, Despress is totally immune and will not be responsible for any damages or suits by any party whether it is the client or any one.

4. Despress will ensure maximum care to deliver the products/ services in time with all sincerity. Delays or non delivery occurring due to postal/ courier/ e – mails problems are beyond the contract scope of Despress. Despress is in no way responsible for such acts of others.

5. Clients are requested to fill in the forms the sent by Despress time and again in relation to the project to help the client get the right job. Delays in such areas will delay the delivery and client should take responsibility for such delays.

6. All payments within India will have to be made by way of DD/ Cheque in the name of Despress, payable at Chennai. Client will have to bear any cost related to drawing of DD and can not charge the same to Despress. The payments will be as per agreed contract terms. Delay in payments will amount to delay in delivery. Dishonoring of Cheque or any instrument is punishable under Act.

7. Clients outside India should send their payments in the name of Despress only in US Dollars as a bank instrument payable at Chennai in India.

8. Despress will send a receipt for any payment received. The receipt will be couriered/ posted to clients.

9. The works created will remain the property of Despress till the client pays the full contracted fee.
